27ddc4ec74 Upgrade Material3 Compose to 1.2.0-beta02 (#2247) 
* Upgrade Material3 Compose to `1.2.0-beta02`.

There is also a constraint on a transitive Compose Foundation dependency version (1.6.0-beta02) that fixes the timeline scrolling issue.
