* Lock the LinkNewDeviceScreen to portrait.

* Add cancel buttons to the QR Code errors and handle cancel/startOver correctly.

* Use the shared QRCodeErrorView in the LinkNewDeviceScreen.

* Clarify the different QR Error/ErrorStates a bit more.

* Update snapshots.
