* Update the chat screen UI using `RoomInfo`.

This is specially useful for getting live values for `hasRoomCall`.

* Ensure the first `MatrixRoomInfo` is emitted ASAP

* Try excluding `*Present$present$*` inner functions from kover as separate entities

* Update strings
