Bump max heap size for building the debug APK for Maestro (#2960)

* Bump max heap size for building the debug APK for Maestro
* Enable `sonar.gradle.skipCompile`
* Fix sonar job
* Bump the MaxMetaspaceSize
* Don't try to upload failed test results to codecov, it doesn't work
